1. Vendr and these Terms
Vendr Inc ("Vendr", "we", "us") operates vendr.fun and the Vendr application. These Terms govern access to the app and purchases of digital gift cards. By creating an account, using the app or authorizing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vendr. Contact support@vendr.fun for questions or notices. These Terms cover gift-card purchases. Any $VENDR token distribution, sale, draw or other promotion has separate rules. Holding $VENDR does not grant rights under these purchase Terms.
2. Eligibility and access
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. You may use Vendr only where we make it available and where your use is lawful. You must not reside in or access Vendr from a jurisdiction listed in the current Restricted Jurisdictions notice, circumvent location controls, use a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location, or transact for a prohibited person or entity. Product-specific restrictions may be narrower. Access codes are invitations to use the app, not a guarantee that a particular product, payment asset or transaction will be available. We may ask for information to assess eligibility, apply reasonable verification or security controls, and refuse or suspend access where needed for legal, provider, security or operational reasons. If restrictions change, an existing account may lose access. Contact support for an outstanding paid order.
3. Accounts and security
Provide a working email address so we can deliver gift cards and order notices. Keep access to your email, authentication method and wallet secure. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account or wallet, subject to applicable consumer rights. Tell us promptly at support@vendr.fun if you suspect unauthorized access or a delivery problem.
4. Gift cards and suppliers
Vendr offers digital gift cards in denominations of $50, $100, $200 and $500, subject to product and regional availability. A $1,000 daily purchase limit applies per user; we may apply a stricter limit to protect users or meet supplier requirements. Multiple vetted suppliers may fulfill orders according to product and jurisdiction. Vendr may obtain gift cards manually or through supplier integrations and sends them to the delivery email confirmed for your order. Before paying, read the product page and issuer or merchant terms, including eligible country, currency, redemption channel, expiry, exclusions and any limits. The issuer or merchant controls redemption and acceptance. A displayed merchant does not necessarily sponsor or endorse Vendr or have a direct relationship with us. We remain responsible for our own obligations to you under applicable law and these Terms.
5. Prices, fee and quotes
Vendr charges a service fee of 10% of the gift card face value, or 20% for Visa and Mastercard prepaid gift cards. For example, a $100 gift card carries a $10 Vendr fee; a $100 Visa or Mastercard prepaid gift card carries a $20 Vendr fee. The checkout quote shows the payment asset, required crypto amount, gift card value, Vendr fee, and any additional network or routing charge before you authorize payment. Exchange rates and payment-asset prices may move. A quote has the expiry displayed at checkout; if it expires before execution, request a new quote. We do not process a purchase at a materially different total without presenting it for your authorization. The $1,000 daily limit is measured by aggregate gift card face value during a UTC calendar day; the fee and any disclosed network or routing charges are additional. The app may stop an order that would exceed the limit.
6. Crypto payment and order processing
You authorize payment from a wallet you control. Vendr uses Relay routing to exchange an eligible payment asset into USDG on Robinhood Chain where needed and settle the gift-card value plus the disclosed Vendr fee to Vendr’s receiving wallet. Vendr arranges supplier payment separately. Vendr does not offer a custodial account or maintain a spendable customer balance. The precise blockchain route, counterparties and costs can vary by quote. Network transactions can be irreversible; submitting one does not itself guarantee fulfillment. Supported payment assets are the assets shown in the live checkout interface at the time of purchase. Listing an asset is not a recommendation, endorsement or assurance of its value, safety or liquidity. We may add, suspend or remove asset support for technical, liquidity, legal, security or provider reasons. Send only the asset and network specified in your checkout instructions.
7. Fulfillment and problems
An order may remain pending while payment is confirmed and a supplier issues a code. We will send the code to the delivery email you confirmed for the order when available. Check the address before paying and check spam folders if delivery is delayed. If payment succeeds but a valid code is not delivered, contact support@vendr.fun with the order reference. We will investigate and either provide a valid code or refund the gift-card price and Vendr fee. Supplier partners investigate invalid-code claims; Vendr coordinates your claim and provides updates. If a delivered code appears invalid or already redeemed, contact us promptly with the order reference and the merchant response, without posting the code publicly. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to investigate. A supplier investigation does not remove any rights you have against Vendr under applicable law.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Request cancellation at support@vendr.fun. We can cancel an order before payment execution. Once a valid gift-card code has been delivered, a change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable except where applicable law or the issuer terms provide otherwise. Your rights for non-delivery, invalid codes and other defects remain in force. For an order we cannot fulfill, we will refund the gift-card price and Vendr fee at their quoted US dollar value. We will arrange a supported crypto refund to a wallet you confirm; the number of tokens returned may differ from the number used to pay. We will tell you the asset, amount and destination before sending the refund. Any network or routing cost incurred is refunded when required by law or when caused by our error. We never ask you to send an additional payment to receive a refund.
9. Acceptable use and risk
Do not use Vendr for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unauthorized resale, abuse of promotions, unlawful goods or activity, or transactions using assets you do not have authority to spend. Do not interfere with the app, supplier systems or other users. Digital assets can change value sharply. Smart contracts, blockchains, wallets, routing services and suppliers can fail or become unavailable. We may pause an order or the service when continued operation creates an unreasonable risk. We do not provide investment advice. Your rights in a gift card arise under its applicable issuer terms and consumer law.
10. Changes, liability and law
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention when reasonable or legally required. The version accepted at the time of an order governs that order, subject to mandatory law. We may modify or discontinue app features, but will address paid orders and outstanding obligations. Vendr is responsible for losses and remedies to the extent required by applicable law. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, except where mandatory law says otherwise. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country). Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Georgia, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another forum or protection.
